GENERAL PRODUCT INFORMATION
- Optimal Hardness: The molds are made from durable white silicone with optimal hardness to protect candle details. They are flexible with smooth inner surfaces.
- Pouring Guarantee: With proper storage and use, you can pour candles approximately 500 times.
- Multi-Purpose Pouring Advantage: Due to their design, silicone molds are suitable for multiple materials besides candle wax, including soap, concrete, epoxy, scented stones, ceramics, and plaster. Pay attention to the freezing and working conditions of your material. Not recommended for food products.
- Package Contents: The candles and stone powder casts shown in images are not included. Only the high-quality silicone molds to create these objects will be sent with your order.
- Special Kraft Box and Information Label: Your product is delivered in a special kraft box with a label containing weight and size information to help you calculate raw material usage easily. This prevents waste and eliminates the need to search for data digitally each time.
USAGE INSTRUCTIONS
- First Use: It is recommended to clean your molds with soapy water and dry thoroughly before use.
- Wick Placement: Molds are sent without wick holes drilled or cut, as they support versatile pouring. Before candle pouring, you can easily pierce the wick hole using a tool called a "biz" or a medium-thickness quilting needle without damaging the mold.
- Level the Surface: Ensure the surface where you place the mold is flat and level to achieve a perfect form.
- Temperature Control: To get smooth details, pay attention to the melting and pouring temperature of the wax. Removing the candle before it is fully cooled and solidified may cause loss of detail and shape irregularities.
- Colored Pouring Tip: If your wax mixture is colored, the silicone mold may change color after pouring. Following cleaning and storage instructions will minimize color transfer in future pours. To reduce workload and risk, it is recommended to have separate molds for colored and white pours.
- Use of Mold Release Spray: For mass production, using mold release spray can extend mold life and help release objects faster. Apply an even layer on the mold’s inner surfaces.
CLEANING AND STORAGE INSTRUCTIONS
- Post-Use Cleaning: After pouring, gently warm the mold interior with a heat gun and wipe off candle residues with paper towels. Then wash with soapy water and dry thoroughly.
- Proper Storage: Silicone is flexible and may deform under pressure over time. Store your mold completely dry in its original kraft box. Keep away from direct sunlight, high heat, and heavy weights.
- Quick Cleaning: You may use wet wipes, adhesive tape, or alcohol wipes for instant cleaning.
Remember, each candle pouring is an enjoyable experience. We wish you patience and joy in your production process.
