GENERAL PRODUCT INFORMATION
- Optimal Hardness: The molds are made from durable white silicone with optimal hardness that does not damage candle details. They are flexible with smooth inner surfaces.
- Pouring Guarantee: With proper storage and usage, you can pour candles approximately 500 times using these molds.
- Multi-Purpose Pouring Advantage: Due to their design, silicone molds are suitable for multiple casting uses. Besides candle pouring, they are compatible with soap, concrete, epoxy, scented stone, ceramic, and plaster castings. Pay attention to the freezing and working conditions of your raw materials to create various products. Not recommended for food products.
- Package Contents: The candles and stone powder castings shown in the images are not included in the sale. Only the high-quality silicone molds enabling you to produce these objects will be shipped with your order.
- Special Kraft Box and Information Label: Your product will be delivered in a special kraft box with a label containing weight and size information to help you calculate raw material usage easily. This label helps prevent material waste and eliminates the need to search for digital data each time.
USAGE INSTRUCTIONS
- First Use: It is recommended to clean your molds with soapy water and dry thoroughly before use.
- Wick Placement: The molds are sent without wick holes opened or cut, due to their multi-purpose casting advantage. Before pouring, you can easily pierce the wick hole in seconds without damaging the mold using a tool called a "needle" or a medium-thickness quilting needle.
- Level the Surface: To achieve a flawless shape, ensure the surface where you place the mold before pouring is flat and level.
- Temperature Balance: To preserve mold details smoothly, pay attention to the candle’s melting and pouring temperatures. Trying to remove the candle before it is fully cooled and solidified may cause loss of details and shape distortions.
- Colored Pouring Tip: If your candle mixture is colored, the silicone mold may change color after pouring. Following cleaning and storage instructions will minimize color transfer for future pours. To reduce workload and risk, it is recommended to have separate molds for colored and white pours.
- Use of Mold Release Spray: For serial productions, you can use mold release spray to extend mold life and release objects faster. Apply the spray evenly on the mold’s inner surfaces.
CLEANING AND STORAGE INSTRUCTIONS
- Post-Use Cleaning: After pouring, gently heat the mold interior with a heat gun and wipe off candle residues with paper towels. Then wash with soapy water and dry thoroughly.
- Perfect Storage: Silicone is flexible and may warp under pressure over time. Ensure your mold is completely dry and store it in its original kraft box. Keep away from direct sunlight, high heat, and heavy weights.
- Quick Cleaning: You can use wet wipes, adhesive tape, or cologne wipes for instant cleaning.
