- Pouring Guarantee: With proper storage and use, you can pour approximately 500 candles using the mold.
- Multi-Purpose Pouring Advantage: Due to their silicone composition, these molds are suitable for multiple materials beyond candle wax, including soap, concrete, epoxy, scented stones, ceramics, and plaster. Pay attention to the freezing and working conditions of your raw materials. Not recommended for food products.
- Package Contents: The candles and stone powder casts shown in the images are not included. Your order includes only the high-quality silicone mold to produce these objects.
- Special Kraft Box and Information Label: Your product is delivered in a special kraft box with a label containing gram and size information to help you calculate raw material needs easily. This prevents material waste and eliminates the need to search for digital data each time.
USAGE INSTRUCTIONS
- First Use: It is recommended to clean your molds with soapy water and dry thoroughly before use.
- Wick Placement: Molds are sent without wick holes drilled or cut, due to their multi-purpose design. Before pouring, you can easily create the wick hole using a tool called "biz" or a medium-thickness quilting needle within seconds without damaging the mold.
- Level the Surface: Ensure the surface where you place the mold is flat and level before pouring to achieve a perfect form.
- Temperature Balance: To preserve mold details, pay attention to the melting and pouring temperatures of the wax. Removing the candle before it fully cools and hardens may cause loss of detail and shape irregularities.
- Colored Pouring Tip: If your wax mixture is colored, the silicone mold may change color after pouring. Following cleaning and storage instructions minimizes color transfer for future pours. To reduce workload and risk, we recommend having separate molds for colored and white pours.
- Mold Release Spray Use: For serial production, you can use mold release spray to extend mold life and release objects faster. Apply the spray evenly inside the mold to form a uniform layer.
CLEANING AND STORAGE INSTRUCTIONS
- Post-Use Cleaning: After pouring, gently heat the mold interior with a heat gun and wipe off wax residues with paper towels. Then wash with soapy water and dry thoroughly.
- Proper Storage: Silicone is flexible and may deform under pressure over time. Make sure the mold is completely dry before placing it back in its original kraft box. Store away from direct sunlight, high heat, and heavy weights.
- Quick Cleaning: You may use wet wipes, adhesive tape, or cologne wipes for instant cleaning.
Remember, each candle pour is an enjoyable experience. We wish you a pleasant and patient production process.
