GENERAL PRODUCT INFORMATION

• Optimal Hardness: Molds are made of durable white silicone with optimal hardness to protect candle details. They are flexible with smooth inner surfaces.
• Casting Guarantee: With proper storage and use, you can cast approximately 500 candles.
• Multi-Purpose Casting Advantage: Due to their design, silicone molds are suitable for multiple casting materials besides candles, including soap, concrete, epoxy, scented stones, ceramics, and plaster. Pay attention to the freezing and working conditions of your casting material. Not recommended for food products.
• Package Contents: The candles and stone powder casts shown in images are not included. Only the high-quality silicone molds to produce these objects will be sent with your order.
• Special Kraft Box and Information Label: Your product is shipped in a special kraft box with a label containing weight and size details to help you calculate raw materials easily. This prevents material waste and eliminates the need to search for digital data each time.

USAGE INSTRUCTIONS

• First Use: Clean molds with soapy water and dry thoroughly before use.
• Wick Placement: Molds are sent without wick holes drilled or cut to allow versatile casting. Before candle casting, you can easily pierce the wick hole using a tool called “biz” or a medium-thickness quilting needle without damaging the mold.
• Level the Surface: Ensure the surface where you place the mold is flat and level for a perfect form.
• Temperature Balance: To preserve mold details, pay attention to the melting and pouring temperature of the wax. Removing the candle before it fully cools and hardens may cause loss of details and shape irregularities.
• Colored Casting Tip: If your wax mixture is colored, the silicone mold may change color after casting. Following cleaning and storage instructions minimizes color transfer for future casts. To reduce workload and risk, consider having separate molds for colored and white casts.
• Use of Mold Release Spray: For serial production, you can use mold release spray to extend mold life and release objects faster. Apply an even layer on the mold’s inner surfaces.

CLEANING AND STORAGE INSTRUCTIONS

• Post-Use Cleaning: After casting, gently heat the mold interior with a hot air gun and wipe off wax residues with paper towel. Then wash with soapy water and dry thoroughly.
• Proper Storage: Silicone is flexible and may deform under pressure over time. Store molds completely dry in their original kraft box. Keep away from direct sunlight, high heat, and heavy weights.
• Quick Cleaning: You may use wet wipes, adhesive tape, or alcohol wipes for quick cleaning.
