Usage Instructions
- Pour the required amount of RTV-2 silicone into a container.
- Add 2% catalyst.
- Mix the catalyst thoroughly with the silicone until homogeneous.
- Pour onto your model from a single point.
Catalyst Curing Times
- The recommended catalyst ratio is 2%. This ratio extends the curing time and helps air bubbles formed in the homogeneous mixture to reach the surface. Curing times may vary depending on air temperature and humidity.
- At 2% usage, curing starts in 45 minutes and completes within 4-5 hours.
- At 3% usage, curing starts in 30 minutes and completes within 2-3 hours.
- At 4% usage, curing starts in 15 minutes and completes within 1-2 hours.
