GENERAL PRODUCT INFORMATION
- Optimal Hardness: The molds are made of durable white silicone with optimal hardness that prevents damage to candle details. They are flexible and have smooth inner surfaces.
- Pouring Guarantee: When stored and used properly, you can make approximately 500 candle pours with the mold.
- Multi-Purpose Pouring Advantage: Due to their silicone composition, these molds are suitable for various materials besides candle wax, including soap, concrete, epoxy, scented stones, ceramics, and plaster. Pay attention to the freezing and working conditions of your material. Not recommended for food products.
- Package Contents: The candles and stone powder casts shown in the images are not included. Your order includes only the high-quality silicone mold to produce these objects.
- Special Kraft Box and Information Label: Your product will be delivered in a special kraft box with a label containing gram and size information to help you calculate raw material usage easily. This prevents material waste and eliminates the need to search for this data digitally each time.
USAGE INSTRUCTIONS
- First Use: It is recommended to clean your molds with soapy water and dry them thoroughly before use.
- Wick Placement: The molds are sent without wick holes drilled or cut, due to their multi-purpose design. Before pouring, you can easily make a hole for the wick using a tool called a "piercer" or a medium-thickness quilting needle, without damaging the mold.
- Level the Surface: Ensure the surface where you place the mold is flat and level to achieve a perfect form.
- Temperature Control: To preserve mold details, pay attention to the melting and pouring temperature of the wax. Removing the candle before it is fully cooled and solidified can cause loss of detail and shape distortion.
- Colored Pouring Tip: If your wax mixture is colored, the silicone mold may change color after pouring. Following cleaning and storage instructions reduces color transfer in future pours. To minimize workload and risk, consider having separate molds for colored and white pours.
- Use of Mold Release Spray: For serial production, you can use mold release spray to extend mold life and release objects faster. Apply an even layer on the mold’s inner surfaces.
CLEANING AND STORAGE INSTRUCTIONS
- Post-Use Cleaning: After pouring, gently warm the mold interior with a heat gun and wipe off candle residues with paper towels. Then wash with soapy water and dry thoroughly.
- Proper Storage: Silicone is flexible and may deform under pressure over time. Store your mold completely dry in its original kraft box. Keep away from direct sunlight, high heat, and heavy weights.
- Quick Cleaning: You may use wet wipes, adhesive tape, or alcohol wipes for quick cleaning.
Remember, every candle pour is an enjoyable experience. We wish you patience and pleasure in your production process.
