- Casting Guarantee: If stored and used properly, you can cast approximately 500 candles with the mold.
- Multi-Purpose Casting Advantage: Due to their design, silicone molds are suitable for multiple casting materials. Besides candle wax, they are compatible with soap, concrete, epoxy, scented stone, ceramic, and plaster castings. By considering the freezing and working conditions of your material, you can create many different products. Not recommended for food products.
- Package Contents: The candles and stone powder castings shown in the images are not included in the sale. Only the high-quality silicone mold to produce these objects will be sent with your order.
- Special Kraft Box and Information Label: Your product will be delivered in a special kraft box with a label containing gram and size information to help you calculate raw material usage easily. This label prevents material waste and saves you from searching for this data digitally each time.
USAGE INSTRUCTIONS
- First Use: It is recommended to clean your molds with soapy water and dry them thoroughly before use.
- Wick Placement: Since the molds have multi-purpose casting advantages, they are sent without wick holes being cut or drilled. Before candle casting, you can easily pierce the wick hole in seconds without damaging the mold using a tool called a "biz" or a medium-thickness quilting needle.
- Level the Surface: To achieve a perfect form, ensure the surface where you place the mold is flat and level before casting.
- Temperature Balance: To get smooth details, pay attention to the melting and casting temperature of the wax. Trying to remove the candle before it is fully cooled and solidified may cause loss of details and shape distortions.
- Colored Casting Tip: If your wax mixture is colored, the silicone mold may change color after casting. Following cleaning and storage instructions will minimize color transfer for future castings. To reduce workload and risk, we recommend having separate molds for colored and white castings.
- Mold Release Spray Usage: For serial production, you can use mold release spray to extend mold life and release objects faster. Apply the spray evenly inside the mold to form a uniform layer.
CLEANING AND STORAGE INSTRUCTIONS
- Post-Use Cleaning: After casting, gently warm the inside of the mold with a heat gun and wipe off candle residues with a paper towel. Then wash with soapy water and dry thoroughly.
- Proper Storage: Silicone is flexible and may deform under pressure over time. Make sure your mold is completely dry and store it in its original kraft box. Keep it away from direct sunlight, high heat, and heavy weights.
- Quick Cleaning: You can use wet wipes, adhesive tape, or alcohol wipes for quick cleaning.
Remember, every candle casting is an enjoyable experience. We wish you patience and pleasure throughout your production process.
