GENERAL PRODUCT INFORMATION
- Optimal Hardness: The molds are made of durable white silicone with optimal hardness to prevent damage to candle details. They are flexible and have smooth inner surfaces.
- Pouring Guarantee: With proper storage and usage, you can perform approximately 500 candle pours.
- Multi-Purpose Pouring Advantage: Due to their design, silicone molds are suitable for multiple uses. Besides candle pouring, they are compatible with soap, concrete, epoxy, scented stone, ceramic, and plaster casting. Pay attention to the freezing and working conditions of your raw materials to create various products. Not recommended for food products.
- Package Contents: The candles and stone powder castings shown in the images are not included in the sale. Only the high-quality silicone molds that allow you to produce these objects will be sent with your order.
- Special Kraft Box and Information Label: Your product will be delivered in a special kraft box with a label containing weight and size information to help you calculate raw material amounts easily. This label prevents material waste and eliminates the need to search for digital data each time.
USAGE INSTRUCTIONS
- First Use: It is recommended to clean your molds with soapy water and dry them thoroughly before use.
- Wick Placement: Since the molds have multi-purpose pouring advantages, wick holes are not pre-cut or pierced. Before pouring, you can easily pierce the wick hole at the desired point using a tool called a "piercer" or a medium-thickness quilting needle without damaging the mold.
- Level the Surface: To achieve a perfect form, ensure the surface where you place the mold before pouring is flat and level.
- Heat Balance: To get smooth details, pay attention to the candle's melting and pouring temperatures. Trying to remove the candle from the mold before it is fully cooled and solidified may cause loss of details and shape distortions.
- Colored Pouring Tip: If your candle mixture is colored, the silicone mold may change color after pouring. Following cleaning and storage instructions will minimize color transfer in subsequent pours. To reduce workload and avoid risks, it is recommended to have separate molds for colored and white pours.
- Use of Mold Release Spray: For mass production, you can use mold release spray to extend mold life and release objects quickly. Apply the spray evenly on the mold's inner surfaces to form a uniform layer.
CLEANING AND STORAGE INSTRUCTIONS
- Post-Use Cleaning: After pouring, gently heat the mold interior with a heat gun and wipe off candle residues with paper towels. Then wash with soapy water and dry thoroughly.
- Proper Storage: Silicone is flexible and may deform under pressure over time. Make sure the mold is completely dry before placing it back in its original kraft box. Store away from direct sunlight, high heat, and heavy weights.
- Quick Cleaning: You may use wet wipes, adhesive tape, or alcohol wipes for quick cleaning.
