GENERAL PRODUCT INFORMATION
- Optimal Hardness: The molds are made from durable white silicone with optimal hardness that will not damage candle details. They are flexible with smooth inner surfaces.
- Pouring Guarantee: If stored and used properly, you can pour approximately 500 candles with one mold.
- Multi-Purpose Pouring Advantage: Due to their design, silicone molds are suitable for multiple materials. Besides candle pouring, they are compatible with soap, concrete, epoxy, scented stone, ceramic, and plaster casting. By considering the freezing and working conditions of your material, you can create many different products. Not recommended for food products.
- Package Contents: The candles and stone powder casts shown in the images are not included in the sale. Only the high-quality silicone mold that allows you to produce these objects will be sent with your order.
- Special Kraft Box and Information Label: Your product will be delivered in a special kraft box with a label containing gram and size information to help you calculate raw materials easily. This label prevents material waste and saves you from searching for digital data every time.
USAGE INSTRUCTIONS
- First Use: It is recommended to clean your molds with soapy water and dry them thoroughly before use.
- Wick Placement: Since the molds have multi-purpose pouring advantages, they are sent without wick holes being cut or drilled. Before candle pouring, you can easily pierce the point where the wick will pass using a tool called a "piercer" or a medium-thickness quilting needle in seconds without damaging the mold.
- Level the Surface: To achieve a flawless form, ensure the surface where you place the mold before pouring is flat and level.
- Temperature Balance: Pay attention to the melting and pouring temperature of the wax to ensure smooth mold details. Trying to remove the candle before it is fully cooled and solidified may cause loss of details and shape differences.
- Colored Pouring Tip: If your candle mixture is colored, the silicone mold may change color after pouring. Following cleaning and storage instructions will minimize color transfer for your next pours. To reduce workload and risk, we recommend having separate molds for colored and white pours.
- Use of Mold Release Spray: For mass production, you can use mold release spray to extend mold life and quickly release objects from the mold. Apply the spray evenly on the inner surfaces of the mold.
CLEANING AND STORAGE INSTRUCTIONS
- Post-Use Cleaning: After pouring, gently heat the inside of the mold with a hot air gun and wipe off candle residues with a paper towel. Then wash with soapy water and dry thoroughly.
- Proper Storage: Silicone is flexible and may deform under pressure over time. Make sure your mold is completely dry and store it in its original kraft box. Keep it away from direct sunlight, high heat, and heavy weights.
- Quick Cleaning: You can use wet wipes, adhesive tape, or cologne wipes for instant cleaning.
