GENERAL PRODUCT INFORMATION
- Optimal Hardness: The molds are made from durable white silicone with optimal hardness that prevents damage to candle details. They are flexible with smooth inner surfaces.
- Casting Guarantee: If storage and usage conditions are followed, you can cast approximately 500 candles with the mold.
- Multi-Purpose Casting Advantage: Due to their structure, silicone molds offer multi-purpose casting benefits. Besides candle casting, they are compatible with soap, concrete, epoxy, scented stone, ceramic, and plaster castings. By paying attention to the freezing and working conditions of your raw material, you can create many different products. Not recommended for food products.

- Special Kraft Box and Information Label: Your product will be delivered in a special kraft box with a label containing gram and size information to help you calculate raw material amounts easily. This label helps prevent material waste and eliminates the need to search for this data digitally each time.
USAGE INSTRUCTIONS
- First Use: It is recommended to clean your molds with soapy water and dry them thoroughly before use.
- Wick Placement: Since the molds have multi-purpose casting advantages, they are sent without wick holes being opened or cut. Before candle casting, you can easily pierce the point where you will pass the wick using a tool called a "piercer" or a medium-thickness quilting needle within seconds without damaging the mold.
- Level the Surface: To achieve a flawless form, ensure the surface where you place the mold before casting is flat and level.
- Temperature Balance: Pay attention to the melting temperature and casting temperature of the candle to ensure the mold details come out smoothly. Trying to remove the candle from the mold before it is completely cooled and solidified may cause loss of details and shape differences.
- Colored Casting Tip: If your candle mixture is colored, the silicone mold may change color after casting. Adhering to cleaning and storage conditions will minimize color transfer for your subsequent castings. To reduce workload and avoid risks, we recommend having separate molds for your colored and white castings.
- Use of Mold Release Spray: For mass production, you can use mold release spray to extend the mold's lifespan and to remove the object quickly from the mold. When applying the spray, ensure an even layer is formed on the mold's inner surfaces.
CLEANING AND STORAGE INSTRUCTIONS
- Post-Use Cleaning: After casting, gently warm the inside of the mold with a heat gun and wipe off candle residues with a paper towel. Then wash with soapy water and dry thoroughly.
- Proper Storage: Since silicone is flexible, it may deform over time under pressure. Make sure your mold is completely dry and store it in its original kraft box. Keep it away from direct sunlight, high heat, and heavy objects.
- Quick Cleaning: You can use wet wipes, adhesive tape, or cologne wipes for quick cleaning.
