GENERAL PRODUCT INFORMATION
- Optimal Hardness: The molds are made from durable white silicone with optimal hardness that does not damage candle details. They are flexible with smooth inner surfaces.
- Pouring Guarantee: With proper storage and usage, you can pour candles approximately 500 times.
- Multi-Purpose Pouring Advantage: Due to their composition, silicone molds offer multi-purpose pouring benefits. Besides candle pouring, they are compatible with soap, concrete, epoxy, scented stone, ceramic, and plaster castings. By considering the freezing and working conditions of your raw material, you can create many different products. Not recommended for food products.
- Package Contents: The candles and stone powder castings shown in the images are not included in the sale. Only the high-quality silicone mold that allows you to produce these items will be sent with your order.
- Special Kraft Box and Information Label: Your product will be sent in a special kraft box with a label containing gram and size information to help you calculate raw material easily. This label prevents material waste and eliminates the need to search for digital data every time.
USAGE INSTRUCTIONS
- First Use: It is recommended to clean your molds with soapy water and dry them thoroughly before use.
- Wick Placement: Since the molds have multi-purpose pouring advantages, they are sent without wick holes being cut or pierced. Before candle pouring, you can easily pierce the point where you will pass the wick using a tool called "biz" or a medium-thickness quilting needle in seconds without damaging the mold.
- Level the Surface: To achieve a perfect form, ensure the surface where you place the mold before pouring is flat and level.
- Temperature Balance: Pay attention to the melting temperature and pouring temperature of the wax for smooth mold details. Trying to remove the candle from the mold before it is completely cooled and solidified may cause loss of details and shape differences.
- Colored Pouring Tip: If your wax mixture is colored, the silicone mold may change color after pouring. Following cleaning and storage instructions will minimize color transfer for subsequent pours. To reduce workload and risk, we recommend having separate molds for colored and white pours.
- Use of Mold Release Spray: For serial productions, you can use mold release spray to extend mold life and quickly remove objects from the mold. When applying the spray, ensure an even layer on the mold's inner surfaces.
CLEANING AND STORAGE INSTRUCTIONS
- Post-Use Cleaning: After pouring, gently heat the inside of the mold with a hot air gun and wipe off candle residues with paper towel. Then wash with soapy water and dry thoroughly.
- Perfect Storage: Silicone is flexible and may deform under pressure over time. Make sure your mold is completely dry and store it in its original kraft box. Keep it away from direct sunlight, high heat, and heavy weights.
- Quick Cleaning: You can use wet wipes, adhesive tape, or cologne wipes for instant cleaning.
Remember, every candle pouring is an enjoyable experience. We wish you a joyful and patient production process.
