GENERAL PRODUCT INFORMATION
- Optimal Hardness: Molds are made from durable white silicone with optimal hardness to protect candle details. Flexible with smooth inner surfaces.
- Pouring Guarantee: With proper storage and use, you can pour approximately 500 candles.
- Multi-Purpose Pouring Advantage: Silicone molds are versatile. Besides candle pouring, they are compatible with soap, concrete, epoxy, scented stones, ceramics, and plaster. Pay attention to the freezing and working conditions of your raw materials. Not recommended for food products.
- Package Contents: Candles and stone powder casts shown in images are not included. Only the high-quality silicone mold to create these objects will be sent with your order.
- Special Kraft Box and Information Label: Your product comes in a special kraft box with a label containing gram and size information to help you calculate raw material usage easily. This prevents waste and eliminates the need to search for data digitally each time.
USAGE INSTRUCTIONS
- First Use: Clean molds with soapy water and dry thoroughly before use.
- Wick Placement: Molds are sent without wick holes cut. Before pouring, you can easily pierce the wick hole using a tool called "biz" or a medium-thickness quilting needle without damaging the mold.
- Level the Surface: Ensure the surface where you place the mold is flat and level for a perfect form.
- Temperature Balance: To preserve mold details, pay attention to the melting and pouring temperature of the wax. Removing the candle before it fully cools can cause detail loss and shape deformation.
- Colored Pouring Tip: Colored wax may cause the silicone mold to discolor. Following cleaning and storage instructions minimizes color transfer for future pours. To reduce workload and risk, consider having separate molds for colored and white pours.
- Mold Release Spray Use: For mass production, use mold release spray to extend mold life and release objects faster. Apply an even layer on the mold's inner surfaces.
CLEANING AND STORAGE INSTRUCTIONS
- Post-Use Cleaning: After pouring, gently warm the mold interior with a heat gun and wipe off wax residues with paper towel. Then wash with soapy water and dry thoroughly.
- Proper Storage: Silicone is flexible and may deform under pressure over time. Store your completely dry mold in its original kraft box, away from direct sunlight, high heat, and heavy weights.
- Quick Cleaning: You may use wet wipes, adhesive tape, or alcohol wipes for instant cleaning.
