Product Info
- Candle dyes are oil-based products used to color your candles.
- They have a thick, concentrated consistency and begin to soften and then melt when exposed to heat.
- This product is open yellow in color and weighs 50 grams, shipped as 2 packs of 25g doypacks.
- When creating the candle you want to color, it is recommended to add a small amount (1%) of granule candle dye to the melting container along with your raw material (soy wax, paraffin, etc.). Mix the two thoroughly until homogeneous. After your raw material is completely melted, drop a small amount onto white paper and wait for it to dry. If the dried colored wax on the paper matches your desired tone, your color is ready. If the tone is lighter than expected, add a small piece (2%, 3%, 4%, etc.) more to the liquid wax and mix well. Repeat this process until you achieve the desired shade.
- The visible color of the melted raw material will differ from the color after drying.
- The candle dyes you use can blend with each other, allowing you to create intermediate colors from different primary colors.
- Granule candle dyes are produced to minimize pigment issues after drying, unlike powder dyes. They are much easier to work with compared to powders.
- Not suitable for oral consumption or eye contact.
- The candles shown in the images are not included in the sale.
