GENERAL PRODUCT INFORMATION

- Pouring Guarantee: With proper storage and usage, you can pour approximately 500 candles using the mold.
- Multi-Purpose Pouring Advantage: Due to their silicone composition, these molds are suitable for multiple uses beyond candle making, including soap, concrete, epoxy, scented stones, ceramics, and plaster casting. Please consider the freezing and working conditions of your material. Not recommended for food products.
- Package Contents: The candles and stone powder casts shown in the images are not included. Your order includes only the high-quality silicone mold to produce these objects.
- Special Kraft Box and Information Label: Your product will be shipped in a special kraft box with a label containing gram and dimension information to help you calculate raw material usage easily. This prevents material waste and eliminates the need to search for digital data each time.
USAGE INSTRUCTIONS
- First Use: It is recommended to clean your molds with soapy water and dry thoroughly before first use.
- Wick Placement: The molds are sent without wick holes drilled or cut, due to their multi-purpose nature. Before pouring, you can easily pierce the wick hole using a tool called "biz" or a medium-thickness quilting needle without damaging the mold.
- Level the Surface: Ensure the surface where you place the mold is flat and level for a perfect form.
- Temperature Balance: Pay attention to the melting and pouring temperature of the wax to preserve mold details. Removing the candle before it fully cools and hardens may cause loss of detail and shape distortion.
- Colored Pouring Tip: If your wax mixture is colored, the silicone mold may change color after pouring. Following cleaning and storage instructions will minimize color transfer in future pours. To reduce workload and risk, it is recommended to have separate molds for colored and white pours.
- Use of Mold Release Spray: For mass production, you can use mold release spray to extend mold life and help remove objects quickly. Apply an even layer on the mold’s inner surfaces.
CLEANING AND STORAGE INSTRUCTIONS
- Post-Use Cleaning: After pouring, gently heat the mold interior with a heat gun and wipe off wax residues with paper towels. Then wash with soapy water and dry thoroughly.
- Proper Storage: Silicone is flexible and may deform under pressure over time. Store your mold completely dry in its original kraft box. Keep away from direct sunlight, high heat, and heavy weights.
- Quick Cleaning: You may use wet wipes, adhesive tape, or cologne wipes for instant cleaning.
Remember, each candle pour is an enjoyable experience. We wish you patience and pleasure throughout your production process.
