GENERAL PRODUCT INFORMATION
- Optimal Hardness: The molds are made of durable white silicone with optimal hardness that will not damage candle details. They are flexible and have smooth inner surfaces.
- Casting Guarantee: If storage and usage conditions are followed, you can cast approximately 500 candles with the mold.
- Multi-Purpose Casting Advantage: Due to their structure, silicone molds offer multi-purpose casting benefits. Besides candle casting, they are compatible with soap, concrete, epoxy, scented stone, ceramic, and plaster castings. By paying attention to the freezing and working conditions of your raw materials, you can create many different products. Not recommended for food products.

- Special Kraft Box and Information Label: Your product will be sent in a special kraft box with a label containing weight and dimension information to help you calculate raw material amounts easily. This label helps prevent raw material waste and eliminates the need to search for this data digitally each time.
USAGE INSTRUCTIONS
- First Use: It is recommended to clean your molds with soapy water and dry them thoroughly before use.
- Wick Placement: Since the molds have multi-purpose casting advantages, they are sent without wick holes being cut or pierced. Before candle casting, you can easily pierce the point where the wick will pass through the mold in seconds without damaging it, using a tool called a "piercer" or a medium-thickness quilting needle.
- Level the Surface: To achieve a perfect form, ensure the surface where you place the mold before casting is flat and level.
- Temperature Balance: To get smooth details, pay attention to the melting temperature and casting temperature of the wax. Trying to remove the candle from the mold before it is completely cooled and solidified may cause loss of details and shape distortions.
- Colored Casting Tip: If your wax mixture is colored, the silicone mold may change color after casting. Following cleaning and storage instructions will minimize color transfer for your subsequent castings. To reduce workload and avoid risks, we recommend having separate molds for colored and white castings.
- Use of Mold Release Spray: For serial productions, you can use mold release spray to extend mold life and quickly release objects from the mold. When applying the spray, ensure an even layer forms on the mold's inner surfaces.
CLEANING AND STORAGE INSTRUCTIONS
- Post-Use Cleaning: After casting, gently warm the inside of the mold with a heat gun and wipe off candle residues with paper towels. Then wash with soapy water and dry thoroughly.
- Perfect Storage: Since silicone is flexible, it may deform over time under pressure. Make sure your mold is completely dry and place it back in its original kraft box. Store away from direct sunlight, high heat, and heavy weights.
- Quick Cleaning: You can use wet wipes, adhesive tape, or alcohol wipes for quick cleaning.
