GENERAL PRODUCT INFORMATION
- Optimal Hardness: Molds are made from durable white silicone with optimal hardness to protect candle details. They are flexible with smooth inner surfaces.
- Pouring Guarantee: With proper storage and use, you can pour candles approximately 500 times.
- Multi-Purpose Pouring Advantage: Due to their design, silicone molds are suitable for multiple materials besides candle wax, including soap, concrete, epoxy, scented stones, ceramics, and plaster. Pay attention to the freezing and working conditions of your material. Not recommended for food products.
- Package Contents: Candle and stone powder casts shown in images are not included. Only the high-quality silicone molds to produce these objects will be shipped with your order.
- Special Kraft Box and Information Label: Your product is shipped in a special kraft box with a label containing weight and dimension information to help you calculate raw material needs easily. This prevents material waste and eliminates the need to search for digital data each time.
USAGE INSTRUCTIONS
- First Use: Clean molds with soapy water and dry thoroughly before use.
- Wick Placement: Molds are shipped without wick holes opened or cut. Before pouring, you can easily make the wick hole using a tool called a "piercer" or a medium-thickness quilting needle without damaging the mold.
- Level the Surface: Ensure the surface where you place the mold is flat and level for a perfect form.
- Temperature Control: To preserve mold details, pay attention to the melting and pouring temperature of the wax. Removing the candle before it fully cools can cause loss of details and shape distortion.
- Colored Pouring Tip: Colored wax may cause the silicone mold to discolor. Following cleaning and storage instructions minimizes color transfer for future pours. For zero risk and less workload, consider using separate molds for colored and white wax pours.
- Use of Mold Release Spray: For mass production, you can use mold release spray to extend mold life and ease object removal. Apply an even layer on the mold’s inner surfaces.
CLEANING AND STORAGE INSTRUCTIONS
- Post-Use Cleaning: After pouring, gently warm the mold interior with a heat gun and wipe off wax residues with paper towel. Then wash with soapy water and dry thoroughly.
- Proper Storage: Silicone is flexible and can deform under pressure over time. Store molds completely dry in their original kraft box. Keep away from direct sunlight, high heat, and heavy weights.
- Quick Cleaning: You may use wet wipes, adhesive tape, or alcohol wipes for instant cleaning.
Remember, each candle pouring is an enjoyable experience. We wish you patience and pleasure in your production process.
