GENERAL PRODUCT INFORMATION
- Optimal Hardness: The molds are made of durable white silicone with optimal hardness that will not damage candle details. They are flexible and have smooth inner surfaces.
- Casting Guarantee: When stored and used properly, you can cast approximately 500 candles with this mold.
- Multi-Purpose Casting Advantage: Due to their composition, silicone molds offer multi-purpose casting advantages. Besides candle casting, they are compatible with soap, concrete, epoxy, scented stone, ceramic, and plaster castings. By paying attention to the freezing and working conditions of your raw materials, you can create many different products. Not recommended for food products.

This label helps prevent material waste and eliminates the need to search for this data digitally each time.
USAGE INSTRUCTIONS
- First Use: It is recommended to clean your molds with soapy water and dry them thoroughly before use.
- Wick Placement: Since the molds have multi-purpose casting advantages, they are sent without wick holes being cut or pierced. Before candle casting, you can easily pierce the point where you will insert the wick using a tool called a "piercer" or a medium-thickness quilting needle within seconds without damaging the mold.
- Level the Surface: To achieve a perfect form, ensure the surface where you place the mold before casting is flat and level.
- Temperature Balance: To get smooth details from the mold, pay attention to the melting temperature and casting temperature of the wax. Trying to remove the candle from the mold before it is completely cooled and solidified may cause loss of details and shape differences.
- Colored Casting Tip: If your wax mixture is colored, the silicone mold may change color after casting. Following cleaning and storage instructions will minimize color transfer for your subsequent castings. To reduce workload and avoid risks, we recommend having separate molds for colored and white castings.
- Use of Mold Release Spray: For serial productions, you can use mold release spray to extend mold life and remove objects quickly. When applying the spray, ensure an even layer forms on the inner surfaces of the mold.
CLEANING AND STORAGE INSTRUCTIONS
- Post-Use Cleaning: After casting, gently heat the inside of the mold with a heat gun and wipe off wax residues with a paper towel. Then wash with soapy water and dry thoroughly.
- Proper Storage: Silicone is flexible and may deform under pressure over time. Make sure your mold is completely dry before placing it back into its original kraft box. Store away from direct sunlight, high heat, and heavy weights.
- Quick Cleaning: You can use wet wipes, adhesive tape, or cologne wipes for instant cleaning.
Remember, every candle casting is an enjoyable experience in itself. We wish you a joyful and patient production process.
